Iraqi forces have sabatoged a Kuwaiti offshore oil pumping station. Crude oil is being dumped into the Persian Gulf in alarming quantities, causing untold ecological and environmental damage. Saudi experts believe a direct hit on the oil pumping manifold will stem the flow of crude into the Gulf.
